Family Psychology Mutual is a uk based organisation that delivers evidence-based clinical interventions for families of young people at risk of care entry or involvement with the criminal justice system.
It is essential that their website is clear, easy to navigate and provides vital information in an accessible way, while making families feel at ease. It also needs to be a hub of information for commissioners seeking to work with FPM.

THE PROBLEM:
The old website was outdated, confusing, overly wordy and not accessible to families. It was not mobile optimised, had complicated navigation and did not display information in a digestible way.
THE SOLUTION:
Redesigning with clear navigation and accessible information, as well as distinct areas for families and commissioners.
The Main Goal
A website that feels:

Other requirements: two distinct areas - one for families, one for commissioners and professionals.
The website also needed to reflect the diverse team and families FPM works with, without promoting harmful stereotypes, or appearing performative.
